Information we handle

Our hosting and security systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and diagnostic identifiers. We use it to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We may collect contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message contents, when you contact us or sign up for an account.

Aggregate analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate website measurement. Plausible is configured without cookies or persistent browser identifiers. We also maintain weekly aggregate counts of the filter combinations used in the Finder and sort choices used on the Deals page. Those internal counts contain no IP address, account, session, user agent, raw query string, or individual event history.

Payments

If you pay for any Service, payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited information related to a transaction, such as its status, amount, and an internal identifier.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Communicate with you, including support and administrative messages.
• Monitor, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Service-related emails

Email-based accounts require service-related messages such as magic login links and account, security, support, or administrative notices. We request consent before sending these messages. Consent to service-related emails does not subscribe you to deal alerts or marketing; those communications require a separate opt-in when available.

Cookies

HiRAM does not use advertising or personalization cookies. Account authentication may use a strictly necessary session cookie. See our Cookie Policy. A marketplace you visit through an outbound link has its own privacy and cookie practices.

Marketplace links

When you follow a listing link, you leave HiRAM. The destination marketplace may receive the referring URL and affiliate campaign information and process your information under its own policies.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics providers, to operate the site. We do not sell visitor personal information. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics, and legal obligations; internal filter metrics are retained only as weekly aggregate counts.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
